Dale leads Jordan Plumbing in his role as Managing Director, drawing upon more than 35 years plumbing industry experience. As Managing Director, Dale is responsible for the strategic direction, management, developments and leadership of all Jordan Plumbing’s operations. Dale is well known within the industry and has a strong reputation for his wide-ranging abilities to provide high level strategic planning, Hydraulic Services consultation, project management and delivery. Dale is a councillor and past president of the Master Plumbers Association of South Australia.

David Simmons

General Manager

With more than 25 years of plumbing industry experience, David is responsible for overseeing the Construction & Service divisions. As General Manager, he has overall responsibility of Jordan Plumbing’s resources and ensures they are programmed to enable timely delivery of all projects. David has a strong reputation in the delivery of high quality Hydraulic Services in South Australia and is well known within the industry.

Jacquelin Gray

Contracts Administrator

Jacqui draws upon her experience across multiple industry sectors to assist Project Managers and Site Managers to develop and finalise project documentation including tender submissions, progress claims, RFIs and contracts. Jacqui possesses a well-rounded understanding of the processes involved with the construction industry, and this is complemented with her ability to establish strong working relationships with key personnel.

Craig draws upon more than 20 years of plumbing industry experience and plumbing knowledge to oversee the forecasting, programming and development for the Construction division. Craig’s passion for planning and organisation have been primary in delivering projects not only on time but also finished to very high standards. Project Manager

Luke is widely regarded as an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager. Combined with his outstanding plumbing knowledge and commitment to a project Luke is a great team member, team leader and excellent role model. His experience at working on a broad variety of projects and his depth of experience includes time spent working in the Northern Territory overseeing the provision of Hydraulic Services to several significant Defence bases. Mark Nurney

Project Manager

Mark’s depth of plumbing knowledge and experience on multifaceted projects and high-rise apartment buildings is key to his effective coordination of large site teams and programming works. His attention to detail is key and is renowned for his open communication with clients and builders alike. Mark uses his strong interpersonal skills to communicate and establish robust working relationships with key site stakeholders and as such, he is sought after by clients and builders alike.

Rekiah Langford

QA Manager & Contracts Administrator

In her role as Quality Assurance Manager, Rekiah conducts regular Quality Management Audits on our work sites and has a valuable role in supporting Jordan Plumbing’s ability to perform efficiently. Rekiah is also responsible for assisting Project Managers and Site Managers to finalise formal documents including tender submissions, progress claims, contracts, ITP documentation, operating and maintenance manuals and commissioning programs. Rekiah is often the critical communication link between the builder, site and Jordan Plumbing management.

With more than 20 years in the plumbing industry, Wayne’s organisational & problem solving skills are a particular strength in ensuring his client’s needs are met. As Service Manager Wayne is responsible for the management & coordination of our Service & Maintenance plumbing team, providing a 24-hour a day service. Utilising his experience and his passion for plumbing, Respected widely by clients & industry peers, Wayne maintains his commitment to delivering excellence in plumbing service.

As Projects Manager, Simon is responsible for overseeing all project based work within the service division. With over 15 years in the plumbing industry, Simon has benefited from broad exposure to projects within the education, correctional services, retail, commercial, defence and health sectors. Simon has outstanding communication skills and strives to deliver the desired outcome for his clients.

Having worked in the plumbing industry for over 45 years, Joe is experienced in every facet of plumbing and heads our Planned Maintenance Programs. As Planned Maintenance Manager, Joe is responsible for overseeing that all maintenance services are being delivered to our key account customers offering enhanced service delivery to our clients.
