Altitude Apartments is a 22 story building containing 164 apartments and is located in the Adelaide CBD. This building is the second out of a possible seven apartment buildings which consists of approx. 1300 apartments in total. The apartments range from small 1 bedroom executive apartments to 3 bedroom premium apartments with fantastic views of the Adelaide Hills, Adelaide CBD, North Adelaide & the ocean.

This building is easily identified by the two massive yellow round columns at the front. Installations include: Solar Boosted Gas Hot Water System with 44 solar panels mounted on Level 20, two 15,000 litre rainwater storage tanks servicing 88 apartments for flushing of the toilets & all irrigation to planter boxes, three Domestic Cold Water Storage tanks equalling a total of approx 30,000L, & three pumping chambers in Level 2 Basement for Sub–soil, Stormwater & Sewer.
