David Simmons heads up our construction division and is responsible for the estimating and tendering work in conjunction with Dale and Craig Smith.

Dave works closely with our project teams to manage the building processes and has been involved with major projects such as Flinders Medical Centre Redevelopment, Hardened Network Army 1 Edinburgh and Place on Brougham Apartments.

Dave is well into his second decade at Jordan Plumbing.

Craig Smith has been at Jordan Plumbing for over 14years and works with Dave Simmons to estimate & manage projects on behalf of Jordan Plumbing.

On top of his Project Management portfolio, Craig is responsible for the selection and recruitment of our apprentices. He works closely with our partners TAFESA, PEER, TAPS and the PIASA Group Training Scheme. Recent projects managed by Craig include the Dry Creek Railcar Depot, Ingham’s Processing Plant Bolivar and the Innova21 building at the University
of Adelaide.
